Screen Shots

Here's our universal plug-in configuration screen. You can configure screen-pops when an incoming call is ringing, or only after you've answered the call. You can also configure it to ignore internal calls, and to ignore pop-ups when the caller ID is not available.

Here's our TAPI plug-in working within Outlook. Right click on a contact in Outlook, and choose "Call Contact" and the following dialog appears. The call will be made through your desktop phone. You can also open a contact and select Call from the Actions menu, or click on the phone icon in the toolbar ribbon anywhere in Outlook.

The screen below shows Microsoft CRM working with InGenius Connector. The contact screen popped up automatically on an incoming call.

Here's another TAPI example - working with Time Matters, a Law firm application.

Clicking on the phone number above, opens Time Matters' Dialer dialog. Click on Dial to place a call.
