TAPI Plug-in
The TAPI Plug-in is compatible with many TAPI enabled CRM applications. Working through UC Express and UC Advanced, the TAPI plug-in integrates your TAPI enabled application with your Mitel phone system allowing users to make calls via their TAPI enabled application.
