Here is the InGenius Connector TAPI Plug-in working within Outlook. Right click on a contact in Outlook, and choose “Call Contact” and the following dialog appears. The call will be made through the phone you have connected to InGenius Connector. You can also open a contact and select Call from the Actions menu, or click on the phone icon in the toolbar ribbon anywhere in Outlook.

If you click on “Dialing Options” in the above dialog, you can configure the “line” used to make calls. In the dialog below, you can see that InGenius Connector has been selected as the device to use to place calls.
