Annual License Pricing includes use of the product for one year and includes Annual Support services. Annual Support services include:
- InGenius technical assistance services to your BlackBerry Administrators for initial installation and deployment
- Upgrades to support new versions of the BlackBerry Operating System
- If users change BlackBerry devices you do not need to purchase additional licenses
- Second line technical support to BlackBerry Administrators for answering questions or problem resolution
