With Mitel's integrated Office Assistant PC Application and Mitel's 5340 phone,
you get all the features of the
Mitel 5300 Integrated Office Companion Enhanced application,
plus you gain access to the benefits of the new Float Key functionality enabled
by Mitel’s 3300 ICP.
The Float Keys display the state of up to three floating lines - the Float Keys
are essentially mirrors of ringing and answered lines. They allow the user to access
the lines using the Float Keys rather than having to switch to the page that the
ringing line is on.
You can purchase the 5340 Integrated Office Assistant, or you can upgrade from the
Integrated Office Companion Enhanced to the Integrated Office Assistant provided
you have a Mitel 5340 IP phone.
