Mitel’s new Integrated Office Navigator PC application enhances the use of your Navigator telephone set by providing quick and easy access to telephony from your desktop.  The Integrated Office Navigator also provides seamless integration of telephony with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Windows Desktop Search, allowing the user to be immediately attentive to incoming calls.

• Create a new email to caller with ‘Send To’ address automatically filled in based on caller ID

Presence Integration

• Presence automatically fed from your IM contacts list (both LCS and MSN Messenger)

• Automatically sets your IM Presence state change based on your call state (e.g. switches you to “On the Phone” while on a call)
• Allows you to specify an alternate number forspeed-dial call if presence indicates away (e.g., dial mobile number instead of normal speed-dial office number)
